Flex Feast Flora began as my journey towards a more balanced and sustainable way of eating. I was determined to improve my health and reduce my environmental footprint, but the idea of giving up my favorite foods seemed impossible. Then, I discovered the flexitarian diet, which offered the perfect compromise—enjoying plant-based meals most of the time while still indulging in meat and dairy occasionally.
My kitchen became a laboratory of flavors and experiments. From crafting hearty veggie stews to perfecting meatless burger recipes, I found joy in combining the best of both worlds. Friends and family soon noticed the positive changes in my energy and well-being and began asking for my recipes and tips.
